THE TIME FOR FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE IS NOW.

Hollywood, LA county, and California, are all known for leading by example.
When the #MeToo movement happened it improved harassment response not only in Hollywood, but in industries across the country.

The “Return to Work” agreement that was signed by AMPTP and IATSE that allowed the entertainment industry to safely return to work during the COVID-19 pandemic created protocols that were then utilized to help a variety of industries across the country bring their employees back to work safely.

At a time when the same labor issues are prevalent in industries across the country, Hollywood has the chance to once again lead by example, by listening to its own crew members. On October 4th more than 52 thousand workers stood up to say there are fundamental problems in the entertainment industry when they voted to authorize a strike.
Incremental changes won’t fix fundamental problems.
